Shipping

Once you have completed and paid for your order, we will ship a kit to you with instructions within 2-3 business days. This kit will also include a small flat rate box/label for returning cremains, hair, etc., to our studio. Shipping this flat rate box will cost approximately $7. However, you may also choose a brown box to ship First Class.

Do not ship in an envelope.

In the kit, you will also receive a label to add to your package “Cremated Remains”. This will ensure your package is well taken care of and hand carried while sorting. Your package will not go through a sorting machine with this label.

The United States Postal Service offers the only legal method of shipping cremated remains domestically or internationally. All cremains must be shipped in a siftproof container and/or sealed plastic bag. When shipping a loved one’s cremated remains, you can trust the USPS.
